Meet the Heart Behind the Kaaswagen Bob and Diane bring over 40 years of shared love and dedication to their mobile cheese paradise. After Bob hung up his welding torch, the couple embarked on their dream venture together, combining his lifelong passion for food service with Diane's enthusiastic support and appreciation for delicious cuisine. Their warmth and teamwork shine through in every meal they serve, making the Kaaswagen more than just a food truck – it's a labor of love.

Meet Matt, our oldest son.  He is the mastermind behind the name of our business and the design of the truck.  Matt can often be seen in the background helping Bob in the kitchen.  He's learned all the recipes his dad has created, just in case Dad needs a day off of the truck. He and his wife have two children and they live in the Newton area.

Lauren brings her creative energy to our busiest events and manages our social media presence with Diane. When not serving customers or capturing mouthwatering food pictures, she enjoys family time exploring local parks and experimenting with new recipes.

Bringing her infectious positivity and versatile skills to every corner of our food truck, Ally's presence brightens each day while keeping our operations running smoothly.

Our daughter Samantha brings an extra sparkle to our downtown Pella food truck events during warm summer nights. Though her academic pursuits and work keep her busy, we appreciate every opportunity when she joins us, completing our close-knit family business with her warmth and enthusiasm.

Our family of eleven pours their heart and soul into this business. While Mom and Dad run the day-to-day operations, our nine wonderful children contribute in countless ways - spreading the word about our events, offering spiritual support, and sending constant encouragement. Together, we make this dream come true!
